Creator Agreement

This Creator Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the terms between the Yourtun platform operator ("Platform," "We," "Us") and the content provider or Creator ("Creator," "You," "Your" "User,") on Yourtun. By creating an account on Yourtun, and utilizing the Yourtun platform services, you explicitly accept these terms.

Eligibility

  • You confirm you are at least 15 years of age.

  • You must provide an accurate, valid, government-issued ID card to verify your age and identity before you will be able to make your first withdrawal from your wallet.

Content Liability

  • You are totally and solely responsible and liable for any content uploaded by you via your Yourtun account as your content will not be reviewed and pre-screened by the Platform prior to publication.

  • We reserve the right to reject or remove any content determined to be illegal, inappropriate, or otherwise violating Platform guidelines or applicable laws, and you will be totally and solely responsible for any liability arising from any content posted by you.

Content Ownership and Licensing

  • The Platform has a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, unequivocal and irrefutable license and right to post, host, promote, display, and monetize any content posted by all creators and users on the Yourtun platform. The platform reserves the right to post, host, promote, display, and monetize all content on the Yourtun platform across all its other social media handles such as Youtube, Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram etc for promotion and growth of the platform and brand. as the platform deems fit.

  • You may remove your uploaded content at any time, excluding previously purchased or downloaded content by users such as PPV content.

Compliance and Prohibited Activities

  • You expressly agree that all content you upload will adhere to applicable laws and Platform standards.

  • You shall not upload content involving minors, non-consensual material, or illegal acts, and you shall not upload any content the platform has described as prohibited.

Image and Likeness Consent

  • By checking the designated consent checkbox upon signup, you explicitly acknowledge and grant the Platform permission to publicly use, display, and distribute your images and likeness.

Revenue and Payments

  • Revenue stored in creator’s wallet, generated from creator’s content through PPV content unlocking, tips, streaming when available, and subscription when available, is subject to the Platform’s revenue-sharing plan, which has been explicitly stated within the Terms of Use document.

  • Payments will be made to the local bank accounts of creators in line with the payment timeline stipulated in the Terms of Use policy.

Creator duties

  • You agree to regularly monitor and manage your content, to ensure all uploaded content are in line with the platform’s policies.

  • You agree to adhere strictly to Platform policies and applicable laws.

Termination

  • Either the creator or the platform could terminate this agreement at any time as they please. This is achieved by account closure or deletion. Where the creator intends to terminate their agreement, they should send an e-mail to customercare@yourtun.com requesting for the closure of their account.

  • Upon account termination or closure, all content of the requesting creator on the Yourtun platform will be deleted from the platform. However, note that contents uploaded by the creator that were shared posted or distributed by other users or by the Yourtun platform across all its social media handles prior to the request for the account deletion will not be deleted from the platform. Only content present on the requesting creator’s profile or account page as at the time of deletion will be removed from the platform upon closure of the account.

Indemnification

You unequivocally and irrefutably indemnify and hold harmless the Platform against any liabilities, claims, or expenses arising from your uploaded content or actions on the Platform, or actions or activities of any third party connected to you, or the actions or activities of other users on the platform that is connected to you either directly or indirectly.

Amendments

  • The Platform reserves the right to amend this Agreement periodically without recourse to you. Continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of any updated terms.

Acceptance of Agreement

  • By creating and opening an account on Yourtun, you irrefutable and unequivocally accept all the terms of this creator agreement and commit to abiding by it. If there is any part of the agreement you do not agree with, please immediately discontinue the account opening process or request for an account termination. Note that by continuing with the account opening process and owning an account on the Yourtun platform, you irrefutable and unequivocally accept all the terms of this creator agreement and commit to abiding by it.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Nigeria.
