The payments on our platform are made via Paystack, so we do not store sensitive user transactions related information, like credit/debit card PAN, expiration date, CVV, password or pin etc on the Yourtun platform. The only allowable mode of payment on the platform for now is by transfer, hence no users debit/credit card is used on the platform, therefore card detail are not captured on our platform. We do however store invoices and transaction IDs of each transaction for easier reference in case of any disputes. We refer to this information as “Order Information.”

We use the personal Information that we collect generally to understand our users and give them a great experience using the Yourtun platform. Additionally, we use this personal order Information to:

Data retention

When you place an order or upload any information on the website, we will maintain the Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information or we no longer have need of maintaining the information.

Minors

The website is not intended for individuals under the age of 15. Users under the age of 15 are not eligible to run an account on the Yourtun platform. Users who still go ahead to open an account on the platform despite being below this age will have their account deleted from the platform once their age is confirmed during the identity verification process.
